My friend's 2008 Carrier 2.5-ton air-conditioner (running) and 1969 American Standard gas boiler

For those of you who have not seen the other videos of the A/C and heating systems at my one friend's house, here is a description:

The house was built in 1969 and DID NOT originally have central air. When it was built, the heating system the builder installed was a 1969 American Standard gas-fired boiler, which pipes hot water through numerous baseboard heaters that are located throughout the house. This 40+ boiler still remains in use today! It has only had to have routine maintenance and tune-ups done every so often, and it has survived numerous basement floods without damage! My friend's parents bought the house house in 1989, and for nearly 20 years used window A/C units. In 2008, central air was installed on the second floor only. There is an air handler located up in the attic, and this is system is COOL ONLY. The American Standard boiler heats both the 1st and 2nd floors, and the finished basement does not have heat or A/C. For some strange reason, the basement is always hot, even in the fall and winter. Like I said, the house DID NOT have central air prior to the 2008 Carrier being installed, and since it had hot water baseboard heat and not forced hot air, there was no duct work, and this had to be retrofitted at the time of the installation.
